Please refer to the information here before asking me any questions! Some questions I may not be comfortable answering, please do not harass me into giving you info I do not want to disclose.
Shipping
When will you ship my order?
━ I try to ship orders within 3 days to a week max. Sometimes I may ship faster or slower than others. If any delays do come up I will inform you about them.
How long will it take to get my order?
━ For domestic orders it may take 1-3 weeks to arrive and for international orders 4-6 weeks. There have been many delays within USPS due to the pandemic and this can vary from location and your own local post office.
Do I have to pay international customs fees?
━ If your country has fees such as a VAT then yes you will have to pay them! I am not reasonable for customs fees/duties/taxes. That is your responsibility
Why didn't I get a shipping notification?
━ This can be due to a few reasons. The main one is because I haven't shipped out your order yet. I will notify you via email as soon as I do ship your order out.
Where do you ship to?
━ I can ship anywhere USPS allows. I would advise checking their website. I do not ship to Germany starting August 2022 due to their packaging laws.

Returns
━ I do not accept returns under any condition! I am sorry. If there is a problem with your order please contact me via email.
Refunds
━ Refunds are only given if your package is marked as lost via USPS. This happens when your package has been stuck in transit for 3 months. Please keep in mind that USPS is currently short staffed and having delays.
Mail Sent Back
━ If your mail is sent back to me due to your address being incorrect you will have to repay for the shipping label. Please double check your address before purchasing from me.

About Me
I prefer to be called Tea, like the drink, but my real name is Zowee! I am currently living in Southern California. I am a huge fan of books, nature, space, animals, video games, and more. I am the only person behind TeaSprouts Studios!
About My Shop
Firstly, my shop is "split" into so many different sections! It is based off of my own set of mascots as well as things that inspire me, such as anime, movies, and video games.I started my studio in late 2020 with the idea of just making resin products, before learning I could branch out so much more. I am always willing to try new things and to try and keep myself as busy as possible to begin with, and with so many things within my finger tips I felt like I could really try and bring my own "comfort zone" to life.Opening an e-commerce store would allow me to embrace my creativity as well as have control of my terrible social anxiety, along with continuing to do something that I love and am passionate about. To create things that I love in hopes others would love them as well.

Sprout the Calico Tea Cat
━ Meet Sprout! She is the local baker/cafe owner in Honey Creek. She is always ready to lend a helping hand. She is mute, so she doesn't say much, but she is a great listener. Her best friend is Lenard!Favorite time of day: Early morningFavorite things: Sweets, warm tea, going on walks, and picnics.Height: 1.5 feet or 19 inches

Lenard the Snail Fox
━ Meet Lenard, the local astronomer who is the owner of his own space center. He is a very chatty fox with a very bubbly personality. He loves anything space related and dreams of visiting one day. Not many residents can handle how chatty he is. His best friend is Sprout. You can usually find them together.Favorite time of day: Dusk - Early dawnFavorite things: Space, the color blue, nighttime, and marshmallows.Height: 2.25 feet or 27 inches (not including his antenna)

Toast the Mossy Red Panda
━Toast is the local farmer in Honey Hallows. He lives more on the outskirts in a little cottage all to himself with his pet chicken, Butters. He is a very lazy farmer with a bad temper. He doesn't like to be bothered often, so just try to not ask him for too much. He seems to get along very well with Gummy.Favorite time of day: AfternoonFavorite things: Salty snacks, sleeping, his chickens, lounging around.Height: 2 feet or 24 inches

Gummy the Rainbow Possum
━ Gummy is the new face in Honey Creek. He is very mischievous and is usually playing minor pranks on the other residents. He is also the one who helps out with deliveries. Zanuki the Tanuki

How It Works
Mail Tiers
[Tea Pots, Party, & Parade Tier]~ Renewals happen on the same day each month e.g. if a new member signs up on 10th of October, they will be charged again on (or very close to) the 10th of November.~ Once you sign up to any tier you will automatically be eligible for your monthly reward.~ Tiers that only have stickers will be mailed out around the 15th of each month.~ Keychains and enamel pin rewards mail will vary depending on delivery of the items.SHIPPING INFO
Shipping is included already on the tier price, no tracking is available unless we arrange it prior to you joining for an extra amount or if you are in pin club.
